Subsidised Courses for Companies

Subsidised Courses For Companies

Our courses can be self-financed through FUNDAE credit (Fundación Estatal para la formación en el Empleo, since 25 January 2017, change of name from Fundación Tripartita to now FUNDAE). FUNDAE, through the management of public funds, helps companies to train workers while facilitating their free access to the training offer.

What is programmed training (formerly subsidised training)?

Companies have a credit for the training of their employees, which is paid for by means of rebates on social security contributions.

Programmed or on-demand training allows you to take advantage of this credit available to each company based on Social Security contributions, which can be deducted from the contributions to be paid.

How do FUNDAE credits work?

This money comes from the collection of the company’s Social Security contributions for Vocational Training, and if it is not used, it is lost. As we have explained, the way to use this training credit is by means of bonuses (discounts on social security contributions).

Our mission is to make it easy for you to book courses for your company.

The most recognised by companies is to receive good advice that saves them time and facilitates the training of their staff.
We accompany you throughout the whole process, from the evaluation of the level of the participants to the organisation of the groups.
We notify all the details of the contracted course, requested by FUNDAE: content, teacher's details, place of delivery, duration, number of hours per week, class schedule, participants... We guarantee continuous monitoring throughout the duration of the training.
